Family-owned Tulkoff, which has made horseradish in Baltimors since theearly 1920s, decided on the new site last Tulkoff had been looking for a new location for its East Baltimorwe plant because the surrounding area has becomre less industrial and more of a haven for younf professionals who are rehabbing homes. Tulkoff has asked MEDCp to issue upto $6 million in bonds to help covee the cost of building the new plant.
